How to Change the Alarm Code on an FBI Home Alarm

FBII is a manufacturer of home and business security systems. The company makes a range of alarm systems with varying levels of security. You might want to change your alarm code if you hire a new employee or if you suspect someone outside your home or business might have found out your PIN. Changing an alarm code on an FBII alarm is uncomplicated and will only take a few seconds.

     Press the "Code" button on the control panel.

     Enter your master user code using the number keys.

   • 3

     Enter the two-digit user code you want to change, for example "02."

   • 4

     Enter a new four- or six-digit alarm code, depending on your alarm system.

     Enter a single digit security clearance level code for the user, for example "2." See your manual for details on security clearance levels. You have now changed your alarm code.
