How to Disable a Rattler Alarm

A Rattler alarm is factory preset to alert you when carbon monoxide (CO) levels reach between 25 and 35 parts per million (ppm). It notifies you by flashing, shaking and sounding off. It will run through that sequence again when ambient gas levels double. Additionally, when hydrogen sulfide (H2S) concentrations reach 10 and 20, your Rattler will also notify you. You can disable your alarm in multiple ways. Alternatively, you can view your factory alarm low and high set point levels and decide whether disabling it is what you really want to do.
