  Enter the three-digit security code into the Brinks alarm panel to unlock it and disable the monitoring system. This process also silences an existing alarm.

  Enter the three-digit code, then press "Cancel" to unlock the panel and cancel an audible alarm. Cancelling the alarm prevents Brinks from calling to follow up.

  Check the panel for a flashing alert that indicates the alarm was triggered while you were away. Enter the security code, and watch for the panel to display the zone number where the alarm originated. Verify that the indicated zone is secure.
