• First Alert has a series of home security options that provide all-around security for a home. You can create your home security system by choosing from one or several types of security. As of 2011, available options include home security cameras, window guards, security doors, steel fencing, motion-activated lights, pool alarms and escape ladders.

Features

• The protection you receive depends on the type of security you select. For example, a First Alert wired or wireless security camera gives you several views of your home's interior or exterior. Security camera systems come with one to three cameras and most have night-vision capability.

• First Alert offers additional safety products to enhance your home security system. Carbon monoxide alarms detect the odorless and colorless gas that can cause death. First Alert also has a selection of fire alarms and kits for testing your home for lead, radon and mold.
