Ademco Vista-10SE Battery Installation

When the the backup battery on an Ademco Vista-10SE alarm system gets low, the front panel will beep and display a "LO BAT" warning. The backup battery is important during power outages and to prevent burglars from being able to disarm the system by cutting power to your house. You can call a technician to replace the battery or you can do it yourself. Replacement batteries cost about $20 in May 2011.
