How to Reset an ADT Honeywell Class

ADT is an international security company headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida. The company installs and monitors a range of alarm systems, some bearing ADT branding, others carrying Ademco or Honeywell badges. Resetting or "disarming" your ADT Honeywell alarm should be your first priority whenever you enter your property; the system only accepts the alarm code for a short time before sounding the alarm. Disarming the alarm takes less than a minute via the control panel.

     Enter your property and proceed immediately to the alarm panel.

     Enter your four-digit alarm code and press "1/OFF." The alarm will beep and "****DISARMED****" will appear on the display.

     Enter your alarm code and press "2/AWAY" as you leave; the alarm system will arm itself after a short delay.
