Enter the master code by pressing “*," “5” and then the four-digit code.

Scroll to the User Name Search option by pressing “>," then press “*” or “1.”

Key the number on the keypad that corresponds with the first letter of the person’s name. Press the number button one time for each position of the letter on the key. For example, if the name is Alice, press “1” once since the letter A is in the first position of the number “1” key. If the name is Kevin, press “4” twice since the letter K is in the second position on the “4” key.

Press “>” to scroll through the list of names beginning with that letter until you get to the name you are looking for. Press “*.” The display reads “Select (0) Program Code.” Press “0.”

Enter the new, four-digit code, then press “#.”
