Remove the front cover from the motion sensor device. To do this, insert a screwdriver into the locking tab that is located on the bottom of the device. Lever up the back cover to reveal the device's circuit board.
Remove the screw that is securing the circuit board to the back cover cradle. Lift up and remove the circuit board from the cradle.
Position the back cover in front of the wiring plate. Pull the wiring through the slots that are located on the bottom of the back cover.
Mount the back cover to your wall or door. To do this, secure mounting screws into the two screw slots that are located on each end of the back cover. Two mounting screws are included in your sensor packaging. For best results, ensure the sensor is position high, between 6 ½ to 7 ½ feet from the from the floor.
Position the circuit board back into the back cover cradle. Secure the circuit board back in place by re-inserting and tightening the circuit board screw.
Lower the front cover back into it's proper position to conceal the circuit board and wiring.
