How to Set the Travel on a Craftsman Garage Door

Your Craftsman garage opener does not automatically know how far to travel up and down to fully open and close the garage, the installer or product owner must adjust the travel limits to the size of the door. You might find your opener needs adjusting if the door stops and reverses before it reaches the ground or fails to fully open. It often takes a few adjustments to find the right settings.
