Value Package

• The Value Package is aimed at light industry, including the automotive sector. As its name suggests, it is an economic solution for customers with general requirements. The compressor is started with a customer-supplied Star Delta starter. The unit is centrifugal unloaded to reduce the power requirement at startup. It has constant speed control regulation. Packages are available in 11 bar and 14 bar configurations from 2.2 kW to 22 kW.

Premium Package

• The Premium Package is suitable for more heavy-duty industrial applications than the Value Package, including manufacturing. It includes the features of the Value Package, combined with several other features such as an air-cooled aftercooler, low oil level switch and an auto-condensate drain. It has a wall mountable Star Delta starter with integral motor overload protection. The compressor depressurizes automatically on shut-down with a blow-down solenoid. Like the Value Package, it is available in 11 bar and 14 bar configurations from 2.2 kW to 22 kW.

High Pressure

• High-pressure units are used in refueling stations and power plants. They consist of a series of base-mounted piston compressors that can provide pressure as high as 345 barg (bar gauge). They have auto start/stop regulation and DOL starting by pressure switches. They have a low oil level switch, inlet air filter and intercooler.

Non-Lubricated

• The non-lubricated piston compressors are used in the textile, packaging and chemical industries. As the name suggests, they have no oil in the cylinders, having been designed for use in situations where oil-free air is required. The units use PTFE rings and rider bands. They have DOL starting and auto start/stop by pressure switch. They have constant speed control regulation and interstage relief valves.

Oil-less

• Like the non-lubricated compressors, the oil-less compressors are designed for industries in which oil-free air is required -- in this case, the pharmaceutical, electronics, medical and food-processing industries. Special materials are used for cooling, ensuring 100 percent oil-free air. The units have auto start/stop regulation up to 5.5 kW and Star Delta starting from 7.5kW. A safety relief valve and check valve are fitted, as is an aftercooler and pressure gauge.

Vacuum

• Vacuum compressors are designed for use in food packaging and processing plants and the printing industry. A maximum vacuum of over 99 percent is available. A durable cast iron pump provides over fifteen thousand hours of trouble-free service. Further, maintenance costs are reduced as cylinders can be maintained one at a time.
