One is the 545 diamond wheel, a small wheel coated with diamond particles that make it handy for cutting hard materials. The diamond wheel cuts marble, hard wood, glass and ceramics. The diamond wheel is also a carving tool, handy for carving wood.
The 409 15/16 cutting wheels, used for trimming and grooving most light materials such as thin wood and plastics, are also handy to cut rusted bolts and screws, allowing easy removal. The tool cuts only on its edge and comes in a 36-count package. Use this attachment with a light touch; most projects require slow speeds.
Sanding Band Attachments

Sanding bands often come in packages of six. The 445 1/2-inch 240-grit aluminum oxide sanding band is the attachment to use when smoothing wood and removing rust. Sanding bands are circular with a choice of 240-grit, 120-grit or 60-grit.
