In addition to drills, grinders and sanders, DeWALT also manufactures battery and electric-powered saws. DeWALT saws do not require much maintenance. However, blades require regular cleaning and lubrication. This, in combination with regularly sharpening or the changing out of dull blades, will make your DeWALT saw last even that much longer. Proper lubrication will also help to prevent dangers such as kickback. Kickback is when your saw jams while cutting, forcing the saw to thrust backward.
