How to Fix Nicks in a Cherry Wood Table

Favored for their sleek texture and reddish-brown hues, cherry wood tables complement any interior space. Although cherry wood’s aesthetics enhance with age, the wood is still susceptible to blemishes from common mishaps. Sharp objects, for example, may cause nicks in cherry wood table surfaces. Although nicks are just small gouges, they may detract from a cherry wood table’s smooth appearance and lower its value. Fortunately, basic touch-ups generally fix nicks and restore their beauty.
