Things You'll Need

  • 1 teaspoon cream of tarter
  • Bowl
  • 1/4 cup of borax
  • Hydrogen peroxide
  • Mixing stick
  • Damp rag

Instructions

      Place 1 teaspoon cream of tarter into a bowl.

      Add 1/4 cup borax to the bowl.

      Add enough hydrogen peroxide to the bowl to form an extremely thick paste.

      Blend the ingredients together with a mixing stick.

      Apply the paste onto the rusted area with the mixing stick.

      Allow the paste to sit on the rust stain for at least 60 minutes.
