Instructions for Rekeying Baldwin Locks

Things You'll Need

• Current key
• SmartKey learn tool
• New key

1. • 1

     Put the current key into the lock and turn it 1/4 turn clockwise.

   • 2

     Leave the current key in the lock and insert the SmartKey learn tool in the smaller sidelocking slot.

   • 3

     Remove the current key and the SmartKey learn tool.

   • 4

     Put the new key in the lock and turn it 1/2 turn counterclockwise. The lock is now re-keyed.
