How to Adjust the Pivot Pin on a Door

Pivot pins are located on a bi-fold door. One pin is on the top and one is on the bottom of the door. Adjusting the bottom pin changes the height of the door and the space between the header and the top of the door. Changing the location of the top pivot levels the door. Both adjustments are made during installation and anytime the door looks uneven or doesn't close or open smoothly.
