How to Paint Over Rolling Bubbles

Bubbles left behind on a wall by a paint roller are a telltale sign of an incorrect application process. These bubbles are also known as blisters and result when paint does not bond properly to the wall. This can occur when primer was not applied to the wall before applying paint. This can be repaired, but first you must remove the paint bubbles.
