Instructions

    • 1

Turn off the filter and pump system at the control panel near the hot tub equipment. Attach a drain hose or garden hose to the drain valve on the filter, and string the hose to an area where water can drain. Open the drain valve and drain out the water in the hot tub to a level that allows access to the jets that are replaced. Close the drain valve and remove the hose.

    • 2

Unplug the hot tub or turn off the power to the tub if the plug is not accessible.

    • 3

Push in on the trim ring of a jet by hand and rotate the ring counterclockwise to detach the jet insert from the housing. Alternatively, remove a jet with a spa wrench that fits into grooves on the trim. Repeat this and remove other jets that are replaced.

Take the directional and fixed jets to a hot tub store or accessory outlet. Ask a sales rep to set you up with jets that have a similar diameter trim ring and are equal in length from the face of the trim to the inlet stem at the inner end of the insert.

Install the new jets by repeating the removal process in reverse. Fill the hot tub to the desired level. Add conditioner and any chemicals as usual and run the pump and filter system for an hour.
