How to Make a Simple Paint Sprayer Gun

Insert the tip of the utility knife beneath the paper lid on the inside of the canning jar lid. Wiggle the tip of the utility knife to loosen the paper lid. Remove the paper lid with your fingers.

Lay the newspaper down on a table. Put the Teflon sheet down on the newspaper. Put the paper lid down on the Teflon sheet and draw a circle around it with the pencil. Cut out the circle with the utility knife.

Place the cut-out piece of Teflon inside of the canning jar lid. Secure the cut-out piece of Teflon to the inside of the canning jar lid with bonding glue applied to the edges. Let the bonding glue dry for at least a day.

Attach the clamps of the table vise to the edge of a table. Secure the clamps to the table. Open jaws of the table vise. Hold the canning jar lid between the jaws. Close the jaws to secure the canning jar lid.

Drill a hole in the center of the lid with the portable drill. Unscrew the nut and washer that comes with the pant nozzle assembly from the bottom of the pant nozzle assembly. Place the bottom of the paint nozzle assembly into the hole.

Reattach the washer and nut to the bottom of the paint nozzle assembly. Tighter the nut, using the pliers. Remove the canning lid from the table vise.

Screw the canning lid onto the canning jar.

Screw the tubing end of the pipe-to-tubing adapter into the air tube of the paint nozzle assembly. Connect the other end of the pipe-to-tubing adapter to the air compressor hose.
