How to Change the Handle on a Kwikset Door Knob

Kwikset manufactures door handles, keyed knob assemblies and other locking hardware for residential use. The mounting dimensions for door handles and knob sets are universal for Kwikset products, so you can remove an old handle set and replace it with a new one using the same opening in the existing door. All fasteners secure to the door on the side facing indoors. Changing the handles to a new set takes less than an hour.
