How to Replace the Inner Roller Adjustment on a Bifold Door

The inner roller adjustment on a bifold door is a spring-loaded rod, which may also be equipped with a smooth wheel, that glides along the upper track as the door opens or closes. The wheel on the roller adjustment is typically made of plastic or nylon, so it may be one of the first parts to wear out on the door. Plastic and nylon are also susceptible to cracking. You can buy a replacement roller adjustment from a hardware store and install the new part in a few minutes to get the closet door working smoothly.
