How Do I Remove Dried Latex From Wood Trim?

Wood trims are often coated with latex paint, since latex provides smooth application and simple cleanup. Latex paint dries quicker than oil-based paints, permitting quick re-coating. After several paint jobs, trim can lose its contours and details under layers of paint. You can strip paint from wood trim to expose the trim's original colors and contours. In other cases, latex paint accidentally transfers onto wood trim and requires removal. You can remove dried latex paint from wood trim with a few supplies.
