Pull the sprayer head down from the end of the spout and hold it over the kitchen sink so the face of the sprayer head is pointed into the basin of the sink.
Turn the faucet on by pushing the handle to the full on position. Set the water temperature to cold or lukewarm for the best results.
Continually run your fingers around the surface of the sprayer face, the part on the end of the sprayer head where the water comes out. This is the part where sediment accumulates and blocks the nozzle, preventing some of the nozzle from dispensing water. Rubbing your fingers along the surface breaks up the sediment and returns the sprayer head to normal flow.
Turn the faucet off. Remove the sprayer head by turning it counterclockwise. Take the screen out of the base of the sprayer head and rinse it in clear water to remove sediment build up. Replace the screen and sprayer head.
