How to Adjust an Electric Steam Vapor Pressure Switch

A steam heating system is similar to a hydronic system in that it delivers the heat around a house via a set of pipes and radiators. A pressuretrol, or steam pressure switch, is installed on the boiler to control the low and high pressure point in the pipes. These settings are vital for the system to operate safely and efficiently. Never adjust these settings unless you have a strong understanding of the proper levels.
