Check the Trio's power cord and ensure the refrigerator is still plugged in. This can be a surprisingly common oversight. Reinsert your cord into a power outlet as necessary.
Locate the ice dispenser on the front freezer door of your Kenmore Trio ice maker. Open this door on your refrigerator and find the ice tray in the top section of the open freezer.
Open the ice tray and check the level of ice inside. Clear away excess ice if the tray is close to overflowing. Also, check for any large formations of ice. The ice cubes in your Kenmore Trio ice maker may have partially melted at some point in the past and reformed, resulting in several cubes refreezing together and forming ice blocks that are too large to pass through the dispenser. Remove these blocks from the tray if necessary.
Check the orientation of the Kenmore Trio ice maker's sensor bar at the top of the ice tray if the tray is emptying and no new ice is being produced. Move this bar down with your hands if it has popped up. Ice cannot be produced if this bar is in its upward orientation.
