Instructions

    • 1

Locate the hinges on your garage door. Wipe away grease buildup on the rollers attached to the hinges.

    • 2

Apply two drops of penetrating oil to the tops of the seams located at the ends of the hinges. The oil will run down and lubricate the entire hinge.

    • 3

Apply two drops of oil onto the metal roller-mount brackets on the garage door.

    • 4

Apply two drops of oil to the ends of the roller pins located inside the roller-mount brackets.

    • 5

Locate the curve of the opener track for the garage door. Apply six drops of oil on the top of the track, about a foot in front of the curve.

    • 6

Open the garage door. The movement of the door will help coat the track with the oil.
