Raynor garage door openers come with the manufacturer's proprietary Protector System -- safety sensors that reverse the action of the door when they sense an obstruction. The Protector System includes a sending eye and a receiving eye. If the sensor is blinking, there is a problem somewhere in the system. You may need to try a few different procedures to determine why the light is flashing. When you hit on the correct problem, the light will stop blinking, indicating the issue is resolved.
