Clean your tub with a non-abrasive cleaner, and dry it with clean towels.
Use a fiberglass tub repair kit to repair a fiberglass tub crack. These are available at hardware stores. Sand the area around the crack gently to provide a slightly scuffed surface your filler can stick to. It will not adhere as well to a smooth fiberglass surface.
Mix the filler according to the package's instructions. Fill the crack, and spread filler around the area surrounding the crack as well. Wait for it to dry, and sand the surface so it is smooth and matches the tub.
Paint over the filler with paint that matches your tub. Use an epoxy acrylic formula specially manufactured for use in a tub. These are applicable to ceramic, porcelain and fiberglass tubs, and they do not require a primer.

Spread caulk, epoxy or a silicone sealant over the crack. Smooth it with a clean towel so it is flush with the tub.
Monitor the area for the next few weeks. If water hits this part of the tub often, the caulk may wash away over time, requiring you to recaulk the crack regularly.
