Ensure the Cisa toilet's water supply valve is open all the way so water can reach the tank. The water supply valve is at the bottom rear of the Cisa toilet and needs to be turned completely counterclockwise.
Adjust the Cisa toilet's fill valve if the toilet doesn't flushing properly but the water flow via the supply valve doesn't appear to be the issue. Access the valve by turning the supply valve completely clockwise to shut off water flow, then remove the lid from the top of the toilet tank.
Hold down on the toilet's flushing handle until all the water flows out of the tank.
Locate the fill valve along the side of the Cisa tank's base. A coupling at the base of the valve holds the valve in place. Tighten this coupling with your socket wrench, then open the water supply valve and test the toilet's flushing.
Return to the fill valve if the Cisa toilet still doesn't flush appropriately. Drain the tank of water again. Loosen and disconnect the coupling from the valve by adjusting the coupling counterclockwise with your socket wrench.
Pull the fill valve out and find the gasket on the underside of the valve. Line the outside of the gasket with silicone grease and set the valve back into place in the Cisa's tank.
Reattach the coupling to the valve, using your socket wrench. Open the water supply valve back up and set the tank lid into place.
