Set the countertop, face up, on a set of sawhorses unless already installed.
Tape the undermount sink template to the countertop with painter's tape. Make sure the template is centered over the sink cabinet, or centered directly over where the sink cabinet will sit. Move the template back enough to accommodate the faucet.
Cut the sink hole, using the template as a guide, with a circular saw. Then remove the template and cut piece of countertop.
Sand the edges of the cut hole in the counter with medium-grit sandpaper.
Turn the countertop face down if positioned on sawhorses. Place the undermount sink upside down over the sink hole in the countertop. Or, hold the sink underneath the hole if the countertop is already installed.
Mark the screw holes located on the perimeter of the sink with a pen. Then put the sink aside.
Drill pilot holes through the screw marks on the underside of the counter. Make sure to use a drill bit size equal to the size of the included screws. Then twist the included anchors into each pilot hole.
Squeeze beads of silicone caulk over the top side of the sink perimeter.
Slide a sink clip over each included sink screw. The clips will hold the rim of the sink in place.
Mount the sink in position, either underneath the installed counter or upside down on the uninstalled counter. Use the drill to tighten each screw through the sink's screw holes and into pilot holes in the counter.
Turn the counter and sink over if necessary. Wipe away excess silicone caulk from the sink and counter with a wet towel.
