# Kobalt Workbench Directions
Since 1998 Lowes has offered its own brand of workbenches and tables under the brand name Kobalt. The workbenches come in various sizes with one to six drawers, depending on the particular model. Some are painted, while others have a heavy-duty stainless steel surface. Once you have your Kobalt workbench assembled and set up, take advantage of its features.

Plug in the cord and turn on the overhead light built into the unit.

Organize your tools to separate those that you use most frequently from those that you only use occasionally.

Hang the tools you use frequently from the peg board at the back of the unit. On some models, hang larger tools from conveniently placed hooks on the sides. If your unit does not have these, add them to it yourself.

Organize the tools you use less frequently in the drawers. If the drawer bottoms are made of manufactured wood on your model, be careful not to overload them. The wooden drawers will not support as much weight as metal drawer bottoms.
