The first step in relighting your pilot light is to remove anything off your stove including anything decorative, and the burners. Then, lift off the top of the stove. Most stove tops can lift off all the way, but some lift up and have a bar that allows you to prop it up so you can access the pilot lights and also clean under the top.
You should now be able to see the pilot lights under the stove top. There should be 2 or 4 of them. If they are lit, you should be able to see the blue flame of the light. Identify which burners have burned out their pilot light.
The final step is to light a match and light the burner that is off. The burner should light right up because it has gas going through it, just no flame. A match is easier to use to light one because you can have a few inches of reach with them. Once you have it light, close up your stove top and start cooking!
