Instructions

    • 1

Clean the surface of the stucco using Jomax. Household bleach will activate the Jomax. Spray the Jomax and bleach mixture on the surface of the stucco.

    • 2

Use a pressure washer to clean the surface of the stucco. The pressure washer should remove any mildew on the surface.

    • 3

Repair all hairline and settling cracks by applying epoxy crack filler over them. This can be done using a small trowel.

    • 4

Apply masonry primer to the areas of stucco that are to be painted. Use a paintbrush to paint the primer on. If the entire surface is being painted, the entire surface must be primed. Let the primer dry completely.

    • 5

Mask the doors and windows with painter's tape. Place the tape on the window and door sill or trim to protect it from the new paint.

    • 6

Apply two coats of exterior masonry paint to the stucco, using rollers for the large areas and paint brushes for the intricate areas. Let the first coat dry completely before applying the second coat.
