Use your water level to make sure the piers of the mobile home are level. Place the level along each of the four mobile home piers to test and make sure they are level. If you find piers that are not level, you will need to call an expert to fix the problem, as it will require more specialized tools than are available to the general public.
Use the torpedo level to check the height of each pier under the home. You will likely need a flashlight to see while you are under the mobile home. Find the highest pier and mark with with pen or marker.
Set the water level to match the highest pier. You will be increasing the height of the other piers to match this one.
Raise the I-beam of your mobile home with the 12-ton bottle jack.
Use wooden wedges to adjust the height of each pier until they are even.
Replace any broken concrete blocks while the jack is engaged.
