You have the option of how you want to receive mail, magazines, newspapers and packages to your home. On rural routes, a mailbox mounts on a pole by the road. In the suburbs, it's more common to have a mailbox adhered to the wall or siding of your home. When you replace the mailbox with a different model or size, you need to use the proper tools and technique to prevent the mailbox from falling later on.
