How to Replace an Exterior Doorknob Without Rekeying

Your exterior doorknob is a small piece of the outside of your home. However, if it is worn or does not match your new facade, you may want to replace it. You can replace the doorknob instead of replacing the entire door lock; this option will prevent your having to replace the exterior door keys.
