Shut down the generator and the MX321 -- for safety reasons -- before making adjustments.
Remove and inspect the circuit breaker to see if it has been tripped. You may need to remove an access cover to access the breaker. Replace the circuit breaker with a new one if necessary and move the breaker switch to “ON.”
Check all electrical connections and terminals for signs of damage or corrosion. If a cable appears damaged, replace it with a new one.
Clean corroded connections. Use the wrench to loosen the connection and clean both the wire and terminal with electrical contact cleaner, then scrub the corrosion away with a wire brush. Replace the wire and secure the connection.
Start the generator and test the voltage with a multimeter or connect an appliance. If the device is still not supplying voltage, take it to an authorized repair center.
