How to Repair Hermle Quartz Movement

The "movement" of a clock is a term used to describe the internal mechanisms that contain the clock gears. The Franz Hermle Clock Company of Gosheim-Wuerttemberg, Germany, has manufactured ornate, hand-made clocks, like the Qaurtz, since it was founded in 1922. When the gears inside the Hermle Quartz begin to wear out, the most efficient and cost-effective way to fix the movement is to replace it with a new one. Replacing the movement on a Hermle Quartz takes approximately one hour.
