Coat the blade of your table saw with cutting lubricant. Normal table saws designed for cutting wood will cut aluminum quicker than wood. A lubricant will therefore protect the aluminum from potential damage resulting from the fast cutting speed.
Mark the aluminum where you would like to cut. Use the crank on the table saw to crank the saw up out of the table to match the thickness of the honeycomb aluminum.
Adjust the fence at the end of the table saw so you have enough space on the table to match the dimensions of the aluminum you intend to cut. This fence will act as a receiver for the end of the aluminum when you cut it.
Turn on your table saw and fit the side of the aluminum up against the fence. Put on your safety goggles and slide the aluminum across the table and feed it to the saw. Cut along the length of aluminum until you have cut off the desired length.
