Cut three panels out of plywood measuring 16 inches wide by 49 inches long. Two of the panels will be used for the top of the stand while one will compose the stand's lower shelf.
Cut two pieces of lumber measuring 49 inches in length from your 2-by-4-by-10 -inch lumber to create a frame for the table top. Create six additional lumber pieces that measure 16-inches long to use as cross supports for the table top.
Set the two 49-inch long lumber pieces on the floor and place one of the three plywood pieces on top. Attach the long lumber pieces to the plywood by drilling 4 cm drywall screws through the plywood and into the lumber at the corners and every seven inches along the sides. Flip the unit over so that the plywood is lying on the floor. Arrange the six counter supports with one at each end and four evenly spaced between the long side supports. Drill 7 cm drywall screws into the cross supports to connect them to the side supports. Place a second piece of plywood on top of the cross supports and attach it to them and the long side supports with 4 cm drywall screws.
Cut four pieces of lumber, each measuring 33-inches long to create legs for the table. With the table top laying flat on the floor, attach the four legs to your table top, one at at time. Measure six inches in from each end and clamp the leg to the table top. Drill four wood screws through each table leg and into the table top to secure the legs to the top of the table. Repeat this process for all four legs.
Attach a leveling foot to the bottom of each table leg. Mark the center of the bottom of each leg and drill one hole on each leg for the T-nuts.Screw each leveling foot into each leg and flip the table over when done.
Measure the distance between the legs and cut two shelf supports from your remaining lumber pieces. Attach the supports to the table legs six to eight inches up from their ends by drilling four wood screws through each leg at the points where it meets the two supports.
Lay the third and final plywood panel on top of the shelf supports and drill 4 cm drywall screws through the top of the plywood into the shelf supports at the corners and at every four inches in between.
