Removing Rub on Wall Decals

Things You'll Need

  • Hair dryer
  • Tweezers
  • Rubbing alcohol
  • Cotton ball
  • Sponge
  • Soap and water

Instructions

      Heat the vinyl decals with a hair dryer for a minute or two. Set the dryer to low heat and hold it about six inches from the decal.

      Pull one corner of the decal using tweezers until the it begins to come off. Slowly peel the entire word or phrase from the wall. Discard the vinyl.

      Remove any sticky residue using a cotton ball soaked in rubbing alcohol or a commercial glue remover. Wash the wall using a sponge and warm water and soap to clean any remaining residue.
