- Measuring tape
- Level
- Pencil
- Drill
- Titanium bits
- Screw bit
- Steel screws

Remove the blinds from the packaging and take the screws out. Go to the hardware store and obtain a new set of screws that are the right length, but designed for steel.

Measure the brackets on the door. Use measuring tape to measure where the screws will go, marking the spots with a pencil. Use a level to make sure the marks are balanced.

Secure a titanium drill bit one-half smaller than the screws will be drilling. Using a smaller bit gives screws a path to screw into with adequate surface area to grip the material. Drill the marked holes.

Replace the titanium bit with the screw bit. Screw the blind brackets into designated holes.

Attach the blinds to the brackets by snapping them in place.
