How to Make Venetian Shades

Venetian shades and blinds are window coverings that help block out sunlight. They are installed on the interior of windows and the height is adjustable. Horizontal slats placed in a series of vertical rows slant and adjust up and down to provide the user with the most or minimum amount of light. Venetian blinds and shades can be made of wood, vinyl, plastic or metal. This type of window covering is used in many homes and offices and can be made in a variety of colors and styles.
