# DIY Ceramic Painted Dog Bowls

Wash the ceramic bowl in warm, soapy water to remove any type of residue. Dry the bowl with a soft cloth.

Hold stencils against the outside of the ceramic bowl. Dip a small paintbrush into acrylic enamel paint and fill in the stencils to transfer the designs to the bowl.

Write the dog's name across the bowl using letter-shaped stencils. Decorate the bowl with whimsical dog-inspired stencils, such as paw print, collar and bone designs.

Allow the paint to thoroughly dry according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Place the bowl in an oven and set the temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake the bowl for 30 minutes to allow the paint to set.
