Instructions

    • 1

Stuff towels into the crack between the floor and your bathroom door. Use masking tape to secure the towels in place.

    • 2

Place masking tape over all the cracks surrounding your bathroom door and windows, if there are any.

    • 3

Turn on the hot water in your bathroom sink. Run the hot water only.

    • 4

Remove the stopper from your tub, or pull the knob that allows the drain to be open. Turn on the hot water only.

    • 5

Run the hot water in the sink and bathtub for about five minutes. The mirrors will fog up, indicating that the room is filling with steam.

    • 6

Fold up a towel and place it on your bathroom floor. This if for you to sit comfortably in the steam.

Soak the washcloth in the bowl of ice. While relaxing in the steam, dab the cold, wet rag on your body to create invigorating, tingling sensations.
