How to Remove Polypropylene Stains With Sea Salt

Polypropylene is a plastic polymer tinted with fade-resistant dye. The material is highly durable and serves a variety of purposes. Clothing, baseball card covers, internal hernia repair patches and carpet can be made from polypropylene. The material does not retain water so mild detergent and a gentle cloth can remove most stains. For a more Earth-friendly solution, remove stains from polypropylene using unrefined sea salt and a cloth or vacuum.
