Children blow bubbles during the summer for fun because they liked to watch them float away before popping. Achieve a similar aesthetic effect when painting. While you cannot create long-lasting bubbles on your paint, when the paint pops, it will leave behind a bubble shape, making your paint look bubbly no matter what project you intend to undertake.

1
Mix 1/4 cup of tempera powder, 3 tablespoons of water and 2 teaspoons of dishwashing soap together in a container.
-
2
Insert the straw into the mixture and exhale into it. The forced air will create bubbles on the surface.

-
3
Roll a piece of paper -- or the surface of the object you want to paint -- over the bubbles in the mixture. The bubbles will attach, leaving a print before popping.
-
4
Lay the object aside to dry for a few hours.
