How to Add Lights to Bookshelves

Add drama to your bookshelves with lighting. You can accent your bookshelves by adding lighting to the underside of the shelves. Battery operated LED lights are well suited for installing on the underside of bookshelves because they are lightweight and come in small circular styles. Install the lighting on shelves where you have art pieces or other decoration to provide a focal point.
