When Mason jars were invented in 1858, they were used solely for canning, or preservation of fruits and vegetables at home. Mason jars have made a comeback in recent years as multipurpose powerhouses around the home. One functional use is as charming, pendant lights. Save electricity and make your own Mason jar pendants to enjoy in a cozy indoor nook or outdoors as you dine alfresco.
