Clean the chandelier with a damp cloth to remove dust. If the chandelier is at a high location, you may remove it and place it somewhere lower that allows you to access it more easily.
Choose the style and shape beads to dress up the chandelier. String the beads using 1 1/2 yards of soft, flexible wire. Leave the wire uncut on the spool while stringing the beads.
Wrap the loose end of the beaded wire two to three times around the frame of the chandelier to secure it in place. Keep wrapping the wire around the chandelier, making sure to push the beads together so the wire is not be visible. When you are finished, wrap the end of the wire two to three times around the chandelier frame to keep the beads in place, then cut it with a wire cutter.
Drape additional beads on the chandelier to dress it up. String 2 yards of beads and wrap one end of the wire around the frame of the chandelier. Drape the beads to your taste and secure the ends by firmly wrapping it around the frame. Cut the end of the wire that is attached to the spool and secure that end to the frame.
